Artificial Stone Fabrication is a common artificial stone made of a mixture of natural minerals and synthetic materials. Different from natural stone such as natural marble and granite, artificial stone can be processed and made according to needs, and has rich colors and patterns, and the cost is also low. However, since the production of artificial stone sometimes has splicing, it is very important how to distinguish whether there is splicing in artificial stone. The following is a brief introduction to several methods to distinguish whether there is splicing in artificial stone.
1. Observe the surface:
First, you can judge whether there is splicing by observing whether there are repeated patterns or spots on the surface of the Artificial Stone Material. If the patterns and textures of each region are consistent, it indicates that the artificial stone is a whole piece rather than spliced by multiple pieces; and if the patterns and textures between regions change, there may be splicing.
2. Observe the edges:
You can also judge whether there is splicing by observing whether there are marks or gaps on the edges of the artificial stone. If the artificial stone edge is clean and tidy, without any marks or gaps, it may be a whole piece and not spliced; if the edge has marks, or gaps are found in adjacent positions, it indicates that it is composed of multiple small pieces spliced together.
3. Check the weight:
Man-made stone is generally lighter than
